Organizational Change: This includes the approach, methods and tools used to facilitate and support planned change within an organization. This is accomplished by developing a process, in partnership with the organization, to bring individuals and groups to work more effectively together in the workplace. GPWG Inc. recommends and helps implement strategies that support the achievement of common goals.
Coaching: Personal coaching for leadership, performance and growth with a view to meeting individual goals.
Process Facilitation: Design and implementation of group processes to assist clients in maximizing their best experiences and in identifying new or improved opportunities. Services may be offered to support strategic planning, team building, role clarification, priority-setting and employee consultation.
Leadership Development: GPWG Inc. offers customized workshops aimed at helping participants develop and exercise their leadership skills.
